How long does it take to migrate from Microsoft Office apps to LibreOffice?

It will take roughly 24hrs of work over the course of a month to transition a team of 20 to LibreOffice, or decide to pay Microsoft $60 per employee per year for access to apps. We call this the Clippy Tax.
