Course Summary

AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini are changing how people search, learn, and make decisions online. It’s no longer just about ranking on Google. The real question is: does AI even know your organization exists?

Join Whole Whale’s Taj Richards, in this pre-recorded webinar, for a

practical session on measuring your AI Brand Footprint and understanding how your nonprofit shows up (or doesn’t) across major AI platforms.

This session builds on findings from Whole Whale’s Charity AI Brand Footprint Study, which analyzed 650+ AI responses across six leading platforms to understand how nonprofits appear in AI-generated. You’ll see what we discovered about visibility across the sector and how your team can start measuring your own footprint using proven methods and GA4 techniques.

Key Learnings

Taj Richards

Senior Technical Analyst

As a Senior Technical Analyst, Taj leverages his technical expertise to develop comprehensive analytics systems that allow nonprofits to track, measure, and report on the metrics that matter most to them. Taj works closely with social impact organizations to develop reporting systems and dashboards that surface the most valuable data and transform that data into actionable, strategic insights.

Taj graduated with a B.A in Computer Science from Wesleyan University. Previously, Taj has spent his summers performing bioinformatics research for melanoma susceptibility at Perlmutter Cancer Center at NYU Langone Health, developed and helped teach a web design summer program for low income youth for an internship at Silicon Harlem, a startup that aims to bridge the digital divide for Harlem residents, and was recently a technical associate for The Greater Harlem Chamber of Commerce. Taj is a big fan of basketball and (not American) football, and spends his time trying to relearn playing the piano.
